I started my first steps in the Greek Banking Sector back in 1997, when I was employed by ERGO (Ergasias Bank).

 

After completing my military obligations, I was employed by EFG Eurobank-Ergasias Bank and was verry happy to be a member of the first e-Banking Customer Service Team (August 2000). Later in 2003, I became the Head of e-Banking Customer Service Team in EFG Eurobank-Ergasias.

 

In 2006, I had the great opportunity to be a member of the first project team that developed the e-Banking Group of Services in GENIKI Bank (Societe Generale Group). For the next six months, I was the Head of Customer Service & Operations Department, when I moved in the Project Management field.

 

After being the Project Manager in several e-Banking Projects (such as e-Banking, e-Cards, e-Statements etc) in GENIKI Bank for almost 3 years, I had the great opportunity to be the Head of Customer Service & Quality Assurance Sub-Division in MARFIN Egnatia Bank, from March 2010 up to December 2010. From January 2011 up to November 2013, I managed and coordinated - as a Product Manager - several e-Banking projects that had to do with the enhancement of e-Banking features, with the development of new services etc. During this period I also delivered the Mobile Banking Redesign & Enhancement project in MARFIN Egnatia Bank and the iOS, Android OS and BlackBerry OS Hybrid Apps as well. From November 2013, up to January 2014 (after the absorption of MARFIN / Laiki BAnk by Piraeus Bank Group), I had the great opportunity to be a member of winbank, e-Business / Remote Channels Greece Division.

From January 2014, up to January 2017, I had been assigned the product development of winbank Mobile Banking (native app, web version), domestic and international, being in Mobile Banking & P2P Payments (Product Development) Team.

From January 2017, up to November 2019, I had been assigned the product development and maintenance of Piraeus Bank's new native Winbank Mobile and Winbank Business apps and various other strategic projects, as an Assistant Manager of the Internet, Mobile & Self Service Banking, Group Digital Banking, Piraeus Bank.

From December 2019 up to January 2022, I had been assigned the Product Management role of core banking products for INTRASOFT International, Banking & Finance Division as a Senior Product Manager, being responsible for the product development, and the roadmap, globally, of banking & finance products (PROFITS® Core Banking System, Digital Channels, Peripheral Software Applications), having a key role in presales activities, and in the development of third-party synergies, such as synergies with other software providers, fintech companies etc., as well as being the product owner of 'new age' innovative products, such as AI software applications for banking & finance, exposing functionality for credit risk management, marketing actions and various operations.

From January 2022, new challenges have arisen; next steps have already started to make footprints, taken advantage of lessons from the past, managing missions for the present, creating visions for the future!
