• ERGO (Eegasias) Bank - In January 1997, I started my first steps in the Greek Banking Sector, being employed by ERGO Bank.

• EFG Eurobank - In January 2000, after having completed my military obligations, I took the role of the Customer Support Officer in the e-Banking Customer Service Team. Later, in 2003, I became the Head of this team.

​​

• GENIKI Bank - In March 2006, I had the great opportunity to join the first e-Banking Group of Services team. For the next six months I was the Head of Customer Service & Operations Department & later I took the role of the Project Manager, specialized in shaping & delivering e-Banking projects.

​​

• MARFIN EGNATIA Bank - In March 2010 I took the role of the Head of Customer Service & Quality Assurance in the Bank & later I shaped & delivered the first Mobile Banking Ecosystem for the Bank.

​

• PIRAEUS Bank - In December 2013, I joined Winbank, e-Business / Remote Channels Greece Division, where I was assigned the role of the Product Manager of Winbank Mobile Banking, domestic & international. Later, I was assigned the product development & maintenance of Piraeus Bank's mobile apps ecosystem, as an Assistant Manager.

• NETCOMPANY/INTRASOFT - In December 2019 I was assigned the role of Product Manager for Core Banking applications in the Banking & Finance Division as a Senior Product Manager, being responsible for the product development & the roadmap, globally, of banking & finance products (PROFITS® Core Banking System, Digital Channels, Peripheral Software Applications), having a key role in presales activities, as well as in the development of third-party synergies with other software providers & fintech companies. At the same time I was the product owner of 'new age' innovative products, such as AI software applications for banking & finance, providing functionality for credit risk management, marketing actions & various operations.

• PROFILE SOFTWARE - In January 2022, I was assigned the role of Senior Product Manager for Banking in Profile Software, a specialized financial software solutions provider, being responsible to support presales worldwide & to enhance the product development for Core, Web & Mobile Banking Applications.

​

• SILVARE CONLSULTING - In June 2022, I joined the firm as a Senior Consultant for Digital Banking Projects & Strategies, being responsible for building & managing business analysis teams, as well as managing business analysis projects for mobile banking ecosystems & applications.

​

• ATTICA BANK - In November 2023, I was offered the role of the Head of Digital Branch, being responsible for business development, product development & operations development for a) digital applications in the Bank's branches, for managing customer onboarding automations & processes via BPM platforms, as well as for b) digital customer onboarding web & mobile apps for new customers. In general, I was responsible for the digitization strategy of operations & process in the Bank's branches.

• SILVARE CONSULTING - In March 2025, I was again very honored to be offered the role of the Advisory Manager - Delivery Manager, with scope to utilize my broad understanding of the lifecycle of banking & finance ecosystems, to provide advisory services covering strategy, business & product development, as well as project & risk management.

​

So, this is how it goes for me in general, always trying to connect the dots in digital transformation, seeking for & grabbing opportunities in the banking & finance & usually moving away of comfort zones!
